Senior PHP Developer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to write fast, clean, scalable PHP that makes the Planograma applications better with every release.

You will join a full-stack team responsible for the whole development cycle, from specification through development and testing to launch, of a cloud WMS that distributors, retailers and online shops use every day. Much of the work sits where Planograma meets other systems: online shops, marketplaces, ERPs and the Android terminals on the warehouse floor. You will have a real say in how the product is built, and see your work used in real warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, develop and optimise features of the Planograma applications and of customer projects;

  • Build and maintain integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, ERPs and third-party APIs;

  • Write clean, well-designed code that follows our standards, with the specifications that go with it;

  • Test, troubleshoot and maintain the core software and its databases, keeping them fast and reliable;

  • Take part in every phase of the development cycle, from estimate to release;

  • Follow new technologies and propose better ways of solving problems;

  • Work with the team to meet deadlines, and with support to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience developing web applications;

  • PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS and JavaScript/AJAX;

  • Experience with a PHP framework;

  • Good knowledge of relational databases, version control and web services;

  • Experience with common third-party APIs (Google, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms);

  • Code that respects agreed standards, and a passion for good design and coding practice;

  • Flexible and communicative, a team player with initiative, an analytical mind and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Laravel;

  • JavaScript libraries (jQuery, AngularJS);

  • Experience building ERP, CRM, e-commerce or warehouse management applications;

  • Application performance and security; Apache and Linux administration and configuration.

Benefits

  • Attractive pay;

  • Certified training;

  • Great colleagues;

  • Hybrid work.
