Plan production on the stock you actually have.
Plan orders on a calendar, build them from recipes, run every line from its own operator screen, and keep raw materials, finished goods and lots in step with the warehouse. A light MES, connected to Planograma WMS.
A separate module, priced on request.

Recipes
Every product, built from its recipe.
A recipe lists the raw materials and the quantities a product takes. A production order works out what it needs from the recipe and the quantity to make, so nobody does the arithmetic by hand.
- Raw materials and quantities for each product
- What each order needs, worked out from the recipe
- The same recipe for the plan, the line and the stock

Lines and operators
Each line runs from its own screen.
Every production line has its operator screen. The operator sees the order in front of them, starts and stops it, and reports the quantity made and the scrap as the work is done, so the office sees the floor without walking to it.
- One screen for each line
- Orders started and stopped on the spot
- Quantity made and scrap reported as it happens

Stock and traceability
Raw materials out, finished goods in, lots linked.
Production consumes raw materials from the stock in Planograma WMS and receives the finished goods into it, each with its lot. Every finished lot can be traced back to the raw material lots it was made from.

Plan and actual
The plan on a calendar, the result beside it.
Production orders sit on a calendar, line by line, so everyone sees what runs where and when. When the work is done, what was planned and what was made stand side by side, with the scrap next to them.
- Orders on a calendar for each line
- Plan vs actual, by order and by line

A light MES
Built for producers moving off spreadsheets and paper.
It covers what most small and mid-size producers need first: a plan, recipes, the line, stock and traceability, in one system with the warehouse.
One system with the warehouse
The plan works on the same stock the warehouse holds, and the line reports straight into it.
Nothing typed twice
What the operator reports is what the stock and the reports show. No sheet to copy at the end of the shift.
Traceability end to end
From the raw material received to the finished goods shipped, lot by lot.
How it works
Four steps, from recipe to finished lot.
- 01
Recipes
Each product gets its recipe: the raw materials and the quantities it takes.
- 02
Plan
Production orders go on the calendar, on the line that will make them.
- 03
Run
The operator starts the order on the line's screen and reports what is made and what is scrapped.
- 04
Close
Raw materials are consumed, finished goods received with their lot, and plan and actual compared.

Yes. The module works on the stock in Planograma WMS, which is what makes consumption, receipts and traceability automatic.
It is a separate module, priced on request for your lines and volumes. Book a demo and we will show it on a process like yours.
