Who runs this site, and what these terms cover
This page governs planograma.com, the website. Using the site is how you accept it. The WMS subscription runs on a separate agreement.
These terms govern planograma.com — the website you are reading. The site is published by Planograma S.R.L., 41 Mehadia Street, District 6, 060541 Bucharest, Romania, tax identification number 25520068, trade register number J2009005627409, VAT number RO25520068. “We” and “us” on this page mean that company.
Using the site is how you accept them. Reading a page, following a link, sending one of the forms — any of it means these terms apply between us. If you do not accept them, the answer is simple: do not use the site.
The site is open to everyone. There is no account here, nothing to sign in to and nothing to pay for: the pages are published for anyone who wants to read them, and the five forms and our email address are the only things that ask you for anything.
The Planograma WMS application is a different thing, and this page does not govern it. The next section says what does.
The WMS subscription is a separate agreement
This page covers the website. Fees, what we deliver, availability, support, term and the data your team puts into the app all live in your agreement and order form.
The Planograma WMS application is sold under a written agreement and an order form between the customer and Planograma S.R.L. That agreement governs the subscription: the fees and how they are billed, what we deliver and when, availability and support, what happens to the data your team puts into the system, and how either side brings it to an end. It is a longer document than this page, and none of it is repeated here.
So if your question is about a subscription — an invoice, a renewal, a support level, getting your data out — this is not the document that answers it. Ask for a copy of the agreement at [email protected], before you sign or at any time after.
What this site says about the product is information: the feature pages, the plans and figures on the pricing page, the numbers in a customer story. It is not an offer and not a commitment. Where the site and your order form say different things, the order form is the one that counts.
Acceptable use
Read the site, use the forms, link to us. Do not attack it, take it apart, pass yourself off as us, or send us anything harmful.
There is not much here that needs a rule: the site is a set of public pages, five forms and an email address. These are the things you may not do with it.
- Attack it — Do not undermine the security or the integrity of this site or of the systems behind it, and do not try to reach any part of them you were not given access to.
- Send us something harmful — Nothing through a form or by email that can damage anyone's device or software.
- Send us something unlawful, or someone else's — No unlawful content and nothing offensive. No material that belongs to a third party either — copyright work, trade secrets, confidential documents you have no right to pass on. The message boxes and the CVs are read by people here.
- Take it apart — Do not copy, adapt, reproduce or republish the pages beyond what the next section allows, and do not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software that runs the site — beyond what the law lets you do whatever we write here.
- Degrade it for other people — Automated requests at a rate that slows the site down for other visitors are not allowed. Ordinary search engine crawling is: robots.txt on this domain invites it.
- Pass yourself off as us — Do not use the Planograma name, the logo or anything on this site to present yourself as Planograma, as a Planograma partner, or as someone we endorse.
If one of these happens we can block access to the site, and nothing here stops us taking the matter further where the law has been broken.
The content of this site
The pages, the pictures and the Planograma name are ours. Read them, print them, link to them, quote them with a credit. Republishing needs a yes from us first.
Everything on planograma.com belongs to Planograma S.R.L. or to whoever licensed it to us: the text, the illustrations, the product screenshots, the blog articles, the layout and the code that renders them. So do the name Planograma and the logo. Nothing on this page hands any of it to you.
- Yours to do, without asking — Read the pages, print them, keep a copy for yourself or a colleague, and link to any page on the site. Quote part of an article if you name Planograma as the source and link back to it.
- Ask first — Republishing a page or an article, copying a substantial part of one into your own material, using the Planograma name or logo in your own branding, framing the site inside another site, or scraping it to build something else. One line to [email protected] is all it takes.
- Not ours to give — Other companies' names and logos appear on the integrations, customers and partners pages. They belong to those companies, and they are there to say what works with what — nothing more.
What you send us stays yours. A message, a CV, a description of your warehouse: we use it to answer you and for nothing else, which is what the privacy policy sets out. Sending it gives us no rights over it.
Links to other sites
We link to LinkedIn and Facebook, to our help site, to press articles and to partners. Past the click you are on their site, under their terms.
The site links out in a few places: to LinkedIn and Facebook, to our help site, to press articles about us, and to partner sites. Nothing is requested from any of them until you click — the cookie policy covers that in detail.
Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, and their terms and their privacy notice apply, not this page. We do not control what they publish, and a link from us is not an endorsement of it. If a link is broken or leads somewhere it should not, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
Linking to us needs no permission. Link to any page on planograma.com, so long as you do not present it as your own and do not use the link to suggest we endorse you or your business.
Privacy and cookies
What happens to what you type is in the privacy policy. What sits on your device, and what runs only if you allow it, is in the cookie policy. Data protection questions go to [email protected].
Two documents sit beside this one, in the tabs at the top of this page. They are part of how the site works, not an afterthought to it.
- Privacy policy — What this site collects, why, on what legal basis, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it.
- Cookie policy — What is kept on your device, and what loads only once you allow it. Until you answer the banner, nothing is set and nothing is fetched from anyone else.
Data protection questions — including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — go to [email protected]. Our data protection officer reads that address.
The site as it stands, and what we are liable for
We keep the pages accurate and online as best we can, and promise neither. Commitments about the product come from your order form, not from here.
We write these pages carefully and correct them when they go out of date. Beyond that, the site is published as it stands. We do not promise that it is free of errors, that every page is complete for your purpose, or that it is reachable at every moment. Pages change as the product changes.
Nothing on the site is advice — legal, tax or operational. A feature page is a description, not a promise that Planograma will solve a particular problem in your warehouse. What we commit to is written into the agreement and order form.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from using this site, from relying on something published here, or from not being able to reach it — in particular lost profit, lost business, lost data, and any indirect or consequential loss. Liability connected with a WMS subscription is dealt with in that agreement, not on this page.
None of that touches liability that cannot lawfully be excluded: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and anything else the law keeps in place whatever a page like this says.
Changes to these terms
We can change this page. The new version applies once it is posted, and the date and version at the top move with it.
We change this page when the site changes. A new version applies from the moment it is posted here, and the date and version number at the top of the page change with it. There is no separate announcement, so read it again if it matters to you.
Using the site after a change means you accept the version that is up. If you do not accept it, stop using the site.
A change here never changes a signed agreement or order form. That document is altered only in the way it says it can be.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Romanian law.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most disagreements are settled that way, and we would rather settle one than argue it. What cannot be settled between us goes to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
If you use this site as a consumer rather than for your business, the protections the law of your own country gives you stand, whatever this page says — including where you are entitled to bring a claim.
If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them stand.
Where these terms call for written notice, an email is enough: to us at [email protected], and from us to the address you wrote from.
Questions about this document go to [email protected], addressed to Planograma S.R.L., 41 Mehadia Street, District 6, 060541 Bucharest, Romania. It is the same address the contact, support and careers pages use — there is no separate legal inbox. Data protection is the one exception, and it has its own address: [email protected].
