We are looking for a new colleague to our company, in the software development department, as Senior PHP Developer who will write beautiful, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the codebase of our products in meaningful ways.
You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing, and launching.
Responsibilities
Analyzes, develop, and optimize internal IT Genetics applications or projects for clients;
Collaborates with team members in order to integrate and meet deadlines;
Studies the latest technologies and identify new optimization solutions;
Writes “clean”, well-designed code and produce detailed specifications;
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality;
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle;
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Represents advantages
Experience working with frameworks (eg Laravel);
Experience in using Javascript libraries (JQuery, AngularJS);
Experience in developing ERP / CRM / E-commerce applications;
Experience in optimization and security for applications Apache, Linux administration, and configuration knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in developing web applications;
Experience in using technologies: PHP, MySQL, HTML / CSS, JS / AJAX;
Experience working with the framework;
Flexible, communicative, and team player initiative, analytical spirit, and attention to detail;
Ability to write code respecting internal standards;
Understanding of open-source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc;
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services;
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc);
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
