The minimum contract term for using Planograma is 3 months, which are to be paid upfront along with any special set-up requirements, if needed. Thereafter your subscription will continue perpetually until cancelled.
Yes, we offer a discounted price for subscriptions billed annually, multi-annual contracts, and tiered pricing breaks based on number of users you need. The annual plans work out to be less expensive over a 12-month period (-15%).
We provide technical support to assist you with using Planograma. Support is provided throughout the week by email, live chat or by phone 9 am – 6 pm (GMT+2). This is absolutely free of charge!
Yes, we allow importing your existing data into the system. We offer import services part of our Enterprise plan. Contact us and we will assist you with this.
“User” is what we call anyone who logs into Planograma, either on a desktop workstation or mobile terminal. Currently, any Planograma workspace comes with a minimum of 3 users.
